Do your prices include fitting?
Yes, they do. We like to give our customers an all-inclusive fitted price so that there are no nasty surprises or hidden extras.
Do I have to book an appointment?
It is always advisable to make an appointment if you are able to because we do get very busy so then you will know you have a pre-booked slot just for you. However, we appreciate that life doesn’t always run to plan so we do leave spaces for people to just drop in.
Can you repair my puncture or do I have to buy a new tyre?
It depends. There are many different reasons as to why a tyre would lose pressure and the majority of punctures are repairable. However, we do have to comply with British Standards in all repairs. Basically, if we can mend a tyre, we will; if we cannot, we will suggest a replacement at a competitive price.
Do you sell part worn tyres?
Absolutely not. We get asked this a lot but as part worn tyres already have had a ‘life’ cycle before their new owner fits them, they do not have the essential tread depth of a new tyre and that’s a problem. The safety issues concerning second-hand/part worn tyres means we categorically refuse to sell them. Why not ask us the price of a budget tyre to replace yours though? Lots of customers do and are pleasantly surprised!
